Returns + Exchanges

 

RETURNS:
Vin'tij Kandi Boutique takes pride in our merchandise and want to have you to be 100% in love with your new purchase. If you aren’t totally satisfied with your purchase please contact me within 5 days of receiving your item if you intend to return. All items must be returned unused and in the condition in which they were sent in order to be Eligible for a refund. 

FINAL SALE:
All items marked as final sale at the time of purchase are final sale meaning they are non-returnable for refund, exchange or store credit, no exceptions. Please check each individual item for the notation of final sale before completing your order.

SHIPPING CHARGES:
Unless an item has been misrepresented, original shipping charges are non-refundable. In addition, the buyer is responsible for return shipping. Insurance is to protect the sender of a package. I insure the packages I send to you. You are responsible for insuring any package that you send back to me. I am not responsible if a package being returned is lost in transit. Buyers should send all returns with tracking and insurance to protect themselves against loss. 

ITEMS DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT:
I take great care in packaging your items so that they will arrive safely at their destination. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged in shipment, please retain the item and all associated packaging and contact me right away. All packages are sent with insurance against loss and damage. To be eligible for a refund on an item damaged in shipment, I need photographs of the damaged item and all shipping containers so that I may file a claim with the insurance provider. In certain cases, you may be required to fill out paperwork with the insurance provider if they request it and/or bring the packaging and contents to your local post office for inspection. Failure to cooperate with the insurance provider/post office will void any request for a refund on damaged goods.

LOST PACKAGES: 
All packages are sent with insurance against loss and damage. In the event that a package is lost in transit, sufficient time must be allowed for the Post Office to investigate its whereabouts. If the package cannot be located, you will likely be required to fill out an affidavit with the USPS/insurance provider. Failure to cooperate with the insurance provider will void any request for a refund on lost packages. If you have concerns about mail theft in your neighborhood, signature confirmation can be added onto your shipment for an additional fee. Please contact me to make these arrangements prior to purchase!
