Shipping + Handling
Most items ships within 2-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed during promotional sales may experience slight delays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated e-mail with your tracking number.
US BUYERS: Most items ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Heavy or over-sized items may ship via USPS Parcel Select. Transit times are normally between 2-5 days for First Class/Priority, 1-2 weeks for Parcel Select. All domestic shipping includes delivery confirmation and insurance. Please be aware that transit time are estimates. No seller can guarantee a delivery date, as once a package leaves my hands the speed with which it travels is out of my control. In general, a domestic package is not considered lost until at least 30 days have passed from the date of mailing. If you require a faster delivery service please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org for an express shipping quote prior to purchase.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Please email me at email@example.com for a shipping quote if your location is not listed. International items ship via USPS First Class International, unless otherwise noted. All international shipments included insurance and tracking (where available). I reserve the right to cancel any order to a country that cannot be covered by insurance.
Transit times for international items are generally dependent upon the speed of customs processing in your country. Most packages arrives within 2-4 weeks, though some may take longer. In general, an international package is not considered lost until at least 60 days have pass from the date of mailing. If you would like to upgrade to a faster shipping service, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org for a quote prior to purchase.
You may be responsible for VAT, customs fees or taxes imposed by your country (as well as a handling fee for their collection). These are taxes/duties charged by your government on imported goods. Some countries have very low import thresholds. It is your responsibility to check with your customs office to see if you will be responsible for additional fees BEFORE you make a purchase.
PLEASE NOTE: Your order will ship to the address on file with PayPal or Credit Card and etc. This is the address YOU provided when you set up your PayPal account or any other accounts.
Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. I am not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided address. If you provided an incorrect address, once I receive your package back you will be refunded your original purchase (minus shipping charges) or you may pay to have your package re-shipped to the proper address.
